Session 2: Communication Skills. This session looks at communication skills both written and verbal and its affect on working relationships and dealing with challenging situations.

Session 3: Time Management and Stress. Strategies for dealing with urgent and non-urgent jobs, emails and telephone calls. This session will also look at situational stress.

Without site management there can be no school because site managers are responsible for the environment in which children learn In most schools non-teaching support staff outnumber teachers, and yet opportunities for professional development designed specifically for them are rare and rarer still the opportunity to share ideas and good practice. This training course is planned entirely around the CPD needs of school site managers and is ideally suited for all established or recently appointed school site managers who lead or are part of a team, or those who aspire to management. The day is all aboutl giving you practical, down to earth strategies to take some of the pressure out of your everyday work. This CPD course can also be run as an INSET at your school.
